  • 1/8 of a teaspoon of rock salt
  • 300 ml of water

You are supposed to drink 6-12 glasses of this drink which can be taken every day for 10-14 days on a regular basis. It is also recommended to drink saltwater each morning 2 teaspoons sea salt dissolved in 1 liter water and take a laxative at night. If you feel then you can drink 1 or 2 cups of herbal tea in the evening.
